Professional experience

 

President and legal representative of a Colombian oil services company in severe crisis undergoing restructuring from November 2012 until February 13, 2015.

Alfonso lead the reorganization process before the Superintendence of Companies, which was concluded successfully and carried out its internal restructuring.

I also led and coordinated the company's legal team and its various outside counsel .

 

 

Alfonso has also provided legal services to a range of companies including oil services companies, technology companies, aviation companies, hotel companies and telecoms companies.
